Support & Hover October Challenge


The month of October is Breast cancer awareness month. This month notice a donate button in the shop where you may choose to give to support Breast Cancer research through the American Cancer Society. 

All month we will be "Hovering" our way through the month. Hovers are a great way to strengthen your core and work out many different muscle groups, all at once. You can also do them anywhere — all you need is your body weight. They strengthen your spine, rhomboids, lats, trapezius, core, quads, glutes, hamstrings, shoulders, and triceps when done properly. In addition, we will be strengthening our backs with different types of extensions and working on our abs and obliques with crunches and v-ups.
